Here are some frequently asked questions.
1. Why only make a maximum of 3 replicates? Or sometimes even one? *sniff sniff*
Well, I’m not the first to do this as many top designer brands only design certain goods in a single design and leave it to the masses to choose. I’m not comparing myself to a designer in anyway but isn’t it a wonderful feeling say that ‘I’m the only one who has this?’ (Do excuse me, I’m a ‘limited edition’ and ‘one and only’ person myself :D)
Also I always can’t keep stock of enough materials to even replicate the pieces. Pieces where you can see replicates of 3 would mean I only have that much stock of raw materials to make them.
2. I have sensitive ears, (that’s why I don’t get piercings). Yet I want to wear pretty earrings without having to bear with the discomfort. Do you offer options for sensitive skin?
The perfect excuse to go get your ears pierced now! (if you don’t have piercings yet). I am one of those people who suffer from such a plight so thus, I have optional solid Rhodium earring hooks (for the silver pieces) at an additional cost of RM1per pair 
3. Where do you get your materials from?
Anywhere and everywhere. Locally and most of them Imported(Australia, USA, South Africa, Korea, China, Japan, Singapore, Austria, India, you name it). I believe in exploring the world around me throughly and I love experimenting with different textures and materials.
4. Where do you get your inspiration from.
You wouldn’t believe it if I told you. Everywhere… from architecture, to design, to cultural exchange, through books, via nature and even to a piece of juicy steak! (yes these were all sold and some of you are wearing them already)
5. Are your Swarovski Crystals authentic?
Most definitely. Swarovski crystals are imported from the Swarovski factory in Austria started by Daniel Swarovski.
6. When do I update?
On very random intervals. If I don’t update means my computer has encountered a glitch or I’ve fallen sick which happens quite oftens XD . But no worries, I’m always well enough to produce new pieces.
7. But I REALLY REALLY WANT THAT PIECE THAT’S SOLD OUT!!! GIMME GIMME PLEASE PLEASE!!!
Ok; so there are some pieces (a very small percentage) which actually can be duplicated. But this is HIGHLY DEPENDENT on two things
1. If there are materials left to reproduce
AND
2. If intital buyers allow the piece to be reproduced.
The latter would very much take from hours to a few days as it takes time for to get to other people ya?

9. Why the heck do you have such expensive shipping and handling for local areas?
It’s not that I don’t want to overkill anyone, but owing to personal experience, I have lost many things dear and precious to me over the local mail services and I definitely don’t want that to happen to anyone else. The best part is, it is a flat rate for ANY AMOUNT…so if you want me to send you an elephant it’s STILL going to cost the same.
But if you really want to send via by the less secure post, no promises that it will arrive safe in one piece.

10. Ok I understand that, but now I’d like to ask why two different prices.
I take responsibility in not to go ‘Market Killing’ and I certainly do not want to spoil the situation for my fellow beaders down in Singapore (they makes lovely accessories too!) So thus each is priced to cater in accordance for the economy.
Unless of course, you have come down to Malaysia for a holiday and it’s just like buying cheaper things on your holiday in other places. Any how, Vanity Vault is still very affordable XD
11. *Peeps eyes open* Can I trust you?
Absolutely. I have a perfect track record on making sure the items get to you.
